These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Mixtape Monster, including our website, mobile app, and related services. By using Mixtape Monster, you agree to these terms.

You must be old enough to use online services in your location and able to enter into these terms. If you use Mixtape Monster on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Mixtape Monster uses Spotify for account sign-in and music playback. To use playback features, you need a Spotify account with playback access, and Spotify features may depend on your subscription, device, region, and Spotify app state.

Spotify is a third-party service. Mixtape Monster does not control Spotify availability, account rules, subscription requirements, or playback restrictions.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping connected accounts secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

If you revoke Spotify access, log out, or lose Spotify playback eligibility, some Mixtape Monster features may not work until you reconnect.

You may not misuse Mixtape Monster, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, abuse APIs, upload malicious content, violate laws, or infringe the rights of others.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, or harms Mixtape Monster, users, partners, or third-party services.

Mixtape Monster and its design, trademarks, software, curation, and service content are owned by CK Multimedia Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of Mixtape Monster intellectual property.

Music, images, artist names, and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that Mixtape Monster will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Mixtape Monster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CK Multimedia Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Mixtape Monster.

You may stop using Mixtape Monster at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, or used the service in a way that may harm users, partners, or Mixtape Monster.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date above and post the revised terms on this page. Continued use of Mixtape Monster after changes means you accept the updated terms.
